which plan is right for me?

Muscle Witch Fitness offers fitness plans tailored to the equipment one has access to. For those with no equipment, the at-home resistance band program is recommended. Resistance bands are by far the cheapest equipment on the market that will give you a full body workout, and several product recommendations are made within the program at a price between $20-30. The Dumbbell program is the other at-home option: using dumbbells will allow you a greater intensity of exercise. Moderate weight dumbbells are recommended. The final program offered is one that requires access to a Full Gym, which includes barbells, squat racks, and a deadlifting platform. This program will offer the greatest intensity and versatility.

2-day upper/lower split

The two-day workout program is divided between upper and lower body days. It is simple, streamlined, and intuitive. The two day split is flexible and perfect for busy people, and this plan will allow you to work some muscle groups hard on one day while resting the other groups, meaning that you’re ready to get back in the gym the next day.

3-day Push/pull/legs split

Instead of being divided between upper and lower body, the push/pull/legs split divides exercises depending on their style of movement. This split is my personal favorite, it allows for a greater versatility of exercises and an emphasis on compound lifts. I recommend this program to those wishing to build serious muscle.
